How to Delete Your FitStreak Account

FitStreak gives you full control over your data. If you wish to permanently delete your account, you can do so directly from within the app. Please note that account deletion is irreversible — once completed, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.

Steps to Delete Your Account

Open the FitStreak app on your device.

Navigate to Settings from the bottom navigation or profile menu.

Scroll down to the Account section.

Tap on "Delete Account".

A confirmation prompt will appear. Review the details carefully.

Tap "Delete Account" to confirm.

Your account will be permanently deleted and you will be redirected to the login screen.

What Gets Deleted

Your profile information (name, email, profile picture)
All activity and streak history
Friends list and social interactions
Badge and achievement progress
Green Energy data
Event participation records
Push notification preferences and device tokens
All locally stored app data

Important Notes

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

You will be logged out immediately after deletion.

If you signed up using Google Sign-In, deleting your FitStreak account does not affect your Google account.

Data deletion from our servers is processed immediately upon request.
